Where does the uncrate button go when I get an unusual? A. To prevent skipping an unusual it disappears and you have to press the green check mark to make it reappear. Q. How do I change the crates? A. In version 1.4 and later, press the 1 at the bottom of the screen to change the crates. In 1.3 and earlier, press the empty text box below the uncrate button. Q. I can't get back to the main menu after going to the unusual screen. A. Press the button Back to back to uncrating Q. Do I get the items in TF2 that I uncrate in this app? A. No. This is just a simulator. Q. Are the uncrating percentages accurate? A. Yes, all items and unusual percentages are accurate. Q. Why are my prices not showing/not updated? A. This may be a bug or prices just are not updated. Update the prices in the settings tab. Q. Why are some items' prices unavailable? A. Using backpack.tf, some items' prices are not available like strangifiers.
